The best photos are clear, well-lit, and taken at your pet's eye level. Natural lighting is ideal. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered shots. If you have multiple good photos I'm happy to work from a combination!
Standard commissions take 3–4 weeks from deposit received to completion. Rush orders (1–2 weeks) are available for an additional fee. I'll always keep you updated with progress photos along the way.
Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin work. The remaining balance is due once the final portrait is approved and before shipping. Payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or card.
Absolutely! Every commission includes one free round of revisions based on the progress photo. Additional revision rounds can be arranged for a small fee if needed.
Yes! I ship worldwide. Domestic shipping is free for orders over a certain size. International shipping costs vary by location and will be quoted along with your portrait price.
Of course, and it would be an honour. Many clients commission portraits as a memorial keepsake. As long as you have a good quality photo I can create a beautiful tribute to your beloved companion.
